You can book a tour by clicking the 'Book Now' button on any tour page, sending us a WhatsApp message, or filling out our booking form. We'll confirm availability and send you all the details within 24 hours.
All our tours are private, meaning you won't share your vehicle with strangers. This allows for a personalized experience and flexible timing.
We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled tour. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a fee. We understand plans change – just let us know as soon as possible.
Yes! All our tours include complimentary door-to-door pickup and drop-off from any hotel, Airbnb, or address within the Cape Town metropolitan area.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). South African residents can also pay via EFT bank transfer. Payment is typically required at least 24 hours before the tour.
We recommend comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, a camera, and a light jacket (Cape Town weather can be unpredictable). For specific tours, we'll send you a detailed packing list.
Absolutely. All our vehicles are fully licensed for tourism, regularly maintained, and comprehensively insured. Your safety is our top priority.
Yes, we can arrange for special dietary requirements on tours that include meals. Please let us know when booking, and we'll ensure your needs are met.
Our guides are fluent in English. We can also arrange guides who speak other languages including German, French, and Afrikaans – please request when booking.
Most of our tours are family-friendly and suitable for children. Some adventure activities have age or height restrictions for safety reasons. Contact us for specific tour requirements.
Cape Town weather can be changeable. For most tours, we proceed rain or shine. In cases of severe weather that impacts safety, we'll offer to reschedule or provide a full refund.
We recommend booking at least 48-72 hours in advance, especially during peak season (October to April). For popular activities like shark cage diving, booking a week ahead is advisable.
